By using the SALAH website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our service

SALAH lets patients search for doctors, clinics and pathology labs and request appointments. SALAH is an intermediary and is not itself a healthcare provider.

2. Accounts

  • You must give correct information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Patients under 18 should use the site only with a parent or guardian.
  • We may suspend or block accounts that give false information or misuse the platform.

3. Appointments

  • A booking is a request until the provider confirms it. Providers may reject or reschedule a booking.
  • Please arrive on time and cancel in advance if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on your account.
  • One slot can be held by only one active booking at a time.

4. Providers (doctors, clinics, labs)

  • Providers must be qualified and legally permitted to practise and must give accurate details, including registration numbers where applicable.
  • New provider accounts are reviewed and approved by SALAH before they are listed. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Providers are solely responsible for the services they deliver and for their fees.

5. Fees and payments

Consultation and test fees shown on SALAH are set by the providers and are for information. Unless a payment is made online through the site, fees are paid directly to the provider. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, post false or abusive content, or use automated tools to book or collect data.

7. Intellectual property

The SALAH name, logo, design and content belong to SALAH and may not be copied without permission.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Jharkhand will have jurisdiction.
