Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking is free

Requesting an appointment on SALAH does not currently cost anything. Consultation and test fees are paid directly to the doctor, clinic or lab at the time of the visit, and any refund of those fees is a matter between you and the provider.

2. Cancelling an appointment

• You can cancel a Pending or Confirmed appointment from My Appointments in your patient account.
• Please cancel as early as possible so that the slot can be given to someone else.

3. If the provider cancels or rejects

If a provider rejects, cancels or is unable to attend your appointment, the booking is marked Rejected or Cancelled and you may book another slot. If you have already paid any amount for it, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Online payments (if enabled)

If online payment is offered for a booking, then:

• Cancelled by you at least 24 hours before the slot - full refund.
• Cancelled by you less than 24 hours before the slot, or no-show - no refund, unless the provider agrees otherwise.
• Cancelled or rejected by the provider, or a duplicate or failed transaction - full refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

5. Services already received

Once a consultation or test has been completed, fees are not refundable. Concerns about the quality of care should be raised with the provider directly.

Write to info@salah.co.in or call +91 80511 09296 with your appointment number (it starts with SLH) and the mobile number used for booking.
